If you are cancelling a booking I will require:

50% of the fee if you are cancelling within 72 hours of the session.

100% of the fee when cancelling with less than 24 hours notice.

100% of the fee when cancelling a session 3 hours or longer.

To confirm an appointment, I do require a deposit. The deposit can be sent 1 of 2 ways:

• Amazon Giftcard (if choosing the giftcard option, the amount will not be deducted from the rate and payment can be made in full via cash on the day we meet)
